Project overview
One foundation for school operations.
Everest School ERP brings admissions, student records, guardian details, teacher information, staff records and academic administration into one centralised platform.
Geettechlabs developed the core system to address fragmented information, repetitive administrative work and limited visibility across school departments. The platform supports multiple campuses and academic sessions, role-based access and an audit trail.
The capabilities below describe the developed core. Customer experiences and measurable outcomes have not been independently verified.
Problems & solutions
Built around the people who run a school.
School administrators & principals
School information can be scattered across registers, spreadsheets and departments, making it difficult to monitor admissions, class capacity and multiple campuses or trace record changes.
What we developed
- A dashboard for admissions, enrolment, staffing and class strength
- Digital admission forms, automatic numbers and approval stages
- Centralised student, guardian, teacher and employee records
- Configurable campuses, academic sessions, classes and sections
- Role-based permissions and an audit trail
Administrators can review core information in one place, follow a structured admission process and trace changes to the responsible user.
Teachers
Separate class lists and scattered academic records can make student information and subject assignments harder to find and maintain.
What we developed
- Student profiles and academic history
- Defined classes, sections and subjects
- Teacher qualifications, experience and department records
- Subject assignments linked to teachers and campuses
- Permissions for relevant information
Connected records and a consistent academic structure support class organisation and teacher allocation. Attendance, marks, timetables and feedback are planned, not part of the live core.
Administrative & support staff
Repeated data entry, disconnected staff files and inconsistent guardian contacts can slow routine office work and admissions coordination.
What we developed
- Admissions and enrolment workflows
- Student records linked to guardians and a primary contact
- Employee profiles, departments, designations and joining dates
- Monthly salary tracking within employee records
- Configurable admission and receipt numbering prefixes
Connected records reduce the need for separate lists and make essential information easier to locate. Full payroll, fee collection and expense approvals remain on the roadmap.
Students
Inconsistent personal details, class allocation or guardian information can complicate the academic journey and school communication.
What we developed
- Central student profiles with personal and academic information
- Medical and emergency details
- Structured class and section allocation
- Linked guardian relationships
- A student role in the access-control framework
A consistent student record supports more accurate administration. Student-facing attendance, timetables, results and announcements are planned extensions.
Parents & guardians
Outdated contact details and unclear guardian relationships can make it harder for schools to know whom to contact.
What we developed
- A central guardian directory
- Guardian-to-student relationships
- Primary-contact identification
- Guardian information alongside student records
- Role-based access controls for authorised users
School teams have a clearer record of guardians and the primary contact. Parent-facing attendance, fee receipts, results and alerts are planned extensions.

Business value
A more connected foundation for education.
Everest School ERP provides a foundation for reducing duplicate data entry, improving access to school records and strengthening coordination between departments. Its connected records, configurable academic structure and traceable changes are designed to help school teams spend less time managing information and more time supporting education.
Customer adoption, time savings and financial improvements have not been independently verified and are not presented as measured outcomes.
